Thank you for shopping with us. We deliver to **the United States and Canada** with **free shipping and all duties included** — so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprises. No customs bills on delivery. Below is everything you need to know.

We use **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)** — the simplest way to ship internationally.

By using DDP, we handle all customs paperwork and pre-pay any applicable duties on your behalf. You will **never** be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.*

Carrier: SF International 

 

All orders are shipped via **SF International**, the global arm of SF Express — China's largest and most reliable courier. SF International provides full door-to-door tracking, with last-mile delivery in North America handled by trusted local carriers (**USPS** in the U.S. and **Canada Post** in Canada).

 

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

 

Delivery times are counted in **business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination country) and start from the moment your order is handed over to SF International — typically within **1–2 business days** after payment confirmation.

 

Transit times are **estimates** provided by SF International based on normal operating conditions. Actual delivery may be affected by public holidays, weather events, customs clearance (pre-cleared under DDP), peak season volumes, or remote-area delivery schedules. The real-time status from the SF International tracking system shall prevail.

 

What's Included in Your Price

 

When you see a price on our store, that's the **total** you pay. Here's what's covered:

You will **never** be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery under our DDP service.

 

Taxes at Checkout (U.S. Customers)

 

For customers in the **United States**, applicable **state sales tax** is collected at checkout where required by state law. Tax rates range from **0% to approximately 10%** depending on your state and local jurisdiction.

 

We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to states where we have economic nexus. If your state is not listed at checkout, no sales tax will be charged — but you may still owe **use tax** on your purchase. Please check your state's tax rules for details.

 

Duty-free note (U.S.):Most orders under **$800 USD** qualify for duty-free entry under U.S. Section 321 de minimis. For orders above $800, any applicable import duties are included in your checkout total under our DDP service.

 

Taxes at Checkout (Canadian Customers)

 

For customers in **Canada**, applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping province:

 

• **GST (5%)** — federal tax, all provinces
• **PST** — British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
• **QST** — Québec (9.975%)
• **HST** — Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador (combined rate 13–15%)

 

Canadian orders with a declared value of **CAD 20 or less** (approximately USD 14) may qualify for duty-free entry. For orders above this threshold, any applicable duties are included in your checkout total under our DDP service.

 

You will not be charged any additional tax on delivery.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your **SF International tracking number**. You can track your parcel in real time at:

Order Processing Time

 

Orders are processed and packed within **1–2 business days** of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in China will be processed on the next business day.

 

Address Changes

 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us **within 12 hours** of placing your order. Once the parcel has been collected by SF International, we are unable to redirect it, and any address change must be coordinated with the local carrier directly (USPS or Canada Post).

 

❗ Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

 

If your order has not arrived within **14 business days** for U.S. destinations or **22 business days** for Canadian destinations, or arrives damaged, please contact us at **[your store email]** with your order number. We will work with SF International to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with SF International's published claims policy.
