All products sold in our store are unique, one-of-a-kind handcrafted lacquerware pieces. Due to the nature of these artisanal items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. The 7-day no-reason return policy does not apply to our products.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, damage caused by the production process, or significant quality issues that are not described in the listing, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the problem. We will review each case individually and offer a resolution, which may include repair, replacement (if available), or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to handcrafted lacquerware and are not considered defects. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by our quality guarantee.
